Right of access to information
KD Autotrolej d.o.o. is a public authority within the meaning of the Act on the Right of Access to Information, so any natural or legal person, domestic or foreign, has the right to request information held by the company.

How to submit a request
A request is submitted in writing — by post, email, fax or in person — or orally for the record. A properly submitted request must contain:
- the name and registered office of the public authority the request is addressed to,
- the details needed to identify the requested information,
- the applicant's name, surname and address (for a legal person: name and registered office).
The applicant is not obliged to state the reasons for requesting the information, nor to invoke the Act.
Deadlines and fees
- A decision is taken within 15 days of a properly submitted request. The deadline may be extended by a further 15 days, of which the applicant is notified.
- An appeal to the Information Commissioner — pristupinfo.hr — may be lodged within 15 days of the decision being served.
- Access to information is free of charge; only the actual material cost of reproduction and delivery may be charged, in line with the criteria set by the Commissioner.
