Accessibility statement

KD Autotrolej d.o.o. is committed to making its website accessible in line with the Croatian Act on the accessibility of websites and mobile applications of public sector bodies (OG 17/19), which transposes Directive (EU) 2016/2102 of the European Parliament and of the Council.

Compliance status

This website is partially compliant with the EN 301 549 V3.2.1 standard and the WCAG 2.1 level AA guidelines, because of the exceptions listed below.

The following measures were applied during development:

  • semantic HTML with a correct heading structure and page landmarks,
  • a “Skip to content” link at the start of every page,
  • full keyboard operability with a visible focus indicator,
  • text alternatives for images and descriptions for screen readers,
  • text contrast ratios meeting level AA in both the light and dark theme,
  • respect for the reduced motion setting — animations are then switched off,
  • layout that adapts to text enlarged up to 200 % without loss of content.

Non-accessible content

The content listed below is not accessible for the following reasons:

  • Suburban line timetables in PDF are published as scanned documents and cannot be read by screen readers. The same data is available in accessible form on the individual line pages and in the journey planner.
  • Network maps are images without a text alternative conveying their full content. The list of lines and stops is available as text on the Lines and Stops pages.
  • The live map relies on a visual display of vehicle positions. The same data is available as text on each stop page, as a list of upcoming departures with a countdown.

Improving accessibility

Accessibility is reviewed with every change to the website. The priority is replacing scanned timetables with machine-readable data for all suburban lines.
